We want to be sure that you absolutely love your latest Seola purchase, however if something isn’t quite right, we are here to support you.

You have 30 days upon receiving your order to request an exchange and 14 days for a refund - you can do this by contacting our friendly team. Returns are free of charge, we will provide a pre-paid Royal Mail postage label, a printer is required.

Things to remember:

  • Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons - we hope you understand!

  • Returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging

  • We cannot accept returns of gift packaging

Returns can take up to 10 working days to be processed and we kindly ask you to allow 3-5 working days for the funds to reach your account

If you wish to receive a refund for any products purchased using a 2 for 1 offer, both items will need to be returned.

Seola strives to create jewellery of an exceptional standard however if on the very rare occasion that your item is delivered in a faulty condition, please get in touch with our customer care team right away on hello@seolajewelry.uk and we will assist you with a replacement!

UK Returns:

When returning items to us, please ensure the item you wish to return, is unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging provided. Any items deemed in an unsaleable condition will be rejected as a return and the customer will be notified by email. 

Please follow the steps below to return your parcel to us:

  1. Re-pack the item in sealed bag with all packaging still attached.

  2. Please attach your return label we will provide you

  3. Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate.

  4. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you may need this as your proof of return. 

International Returns

As an International customer you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note - all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It’s a good idea to mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any duties.

Please also note, we do not refund international customs taxes and sales charges. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us - remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it. We strongly recommend using a tracked and shipped service for return as we cannot refund/exchange items that don't reach us safely.
